摘 要:通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ag/碳纳米管-TiO2复合光催化剂,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外-可见漫反射和X射线光电子能谱对复合光催化剂进行了表征,并考察了复合材料对亚甲基蓝溶液、亚甲基绿溶液、1,9-二甲基亚甲基蓝的光催化降解性能。结果表明:煅烧温度为400℃,Ag含量为0.8%,碳纳米管含量为10%的复合光催化剂在普通节能日光灯照射下对初始浓度为20mg/L的3种染料分子溶液的降解效果最好,分别达到为90.35%、80.16%和96.85%,其降解率接近氙灯下的降解率。光催化机理研究得出空穴(h^+)是光催化降解3种染料分子的主要活性物种。Ag/carbonnanotube(CNT)-TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by using sol-gel method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),UV-visible diffuse-reflectance spectrum(UV-Vis DRS)and Xray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS)were used to characterize the photocatalysts.The photocatalysis tests of Ag/CNT-TiO2 for methylene blue solution,methylene green solution and 1,9-dimethyl methylene blue solution were investigated.The results shown that Ag/CNT-TiO2 with 0.8% Ag,10% CNT and calcination temperature 400℃ had a very high photocatalytic activity for three solution under fluorescent lamp.The photocatalysis degradation rates were90.35%,80.16% and 96.85%,respeactively,which approached the degradation rates under xeon lamp.The results of the experiments indicated that the main active substance in the reaction of three dye molecules was hole(h^+).
