摘 要:电传飞行控制系统是军用飞机关键安全系统,实施充分且高效的软件测试是保障系统高可靠性的重要手段。电传飞行控制系统软件测试过程中的关键环节是制定测试方案,当前方案的优秀与否取决于测试项目组的经验积累程度,为解决不同项目组间个体经验差异,保障测试智慧的集中体现,归集了十几年来电传飞行控制系统测试项目数据,设计并构建了一套用于电传飞行控制系统软件的测试专家系统,用于辅助测试方案的制定。通过在多个型号项目中的落实,方案的制定效率、质量和发现的有效软件缺陷数目同比有显著提高,为电传飞行控制系统的高可靠性、高安全性提供了有力的保障。The fly-by-wire flight control system is a key module to guarantee the safety of military aircraft,adequate and efficient software testing is an important method to ensure the high reliability of the system.A set of specific and detailed project test plan is very important to ensure the adequate and efficient testing,but usually relies on the knowledge and experiences of the test team.To realize the precise and highly efficient fly-by-wire flight control system testing and assist the test plan,a test expert system was developed in this work.Considering the differences in individual experience between different projects and test teams,the test data of the fly-bywire flight control system over the past decade was collected and integrated to ensure the embodiment of the latest test knowledge.Through the application on several projects,the efficiency and quality of the test plan are obviously improved,and the quantity of fault software correctly observed by the expert system is also increased,which provides a strong guarantee for the high reliability and safety of the fly-by-wire flight control system.
