档案职业伦理道德问题与对策探究

摘　　要：在解读职业伦理的基础上进一步深究档案职业伦理,分析目前档案职业伦理道德存在的内外部问题及解决问题应考虑的因素,并在此基础上提出解决对策。In this paper,the author explores the ethics of the archival profession on the basis of professional ethics,analyzes the internal and external problems existing in the ethics of the archival profession and the factors that should be considered in solving those problems,and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
