摘  要:橙带蓝尺蛾(Milionia basalis)是近年来严重危害罗汉松和竹柏的一种重要食叶害虫,为筛选出对该虫具有高致病力的优良菌株,对5株不同来源的金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)(MaFZ-13、MaFZ-16、MaQL-02、MaXJ-04、MaZPTR-01)在PDA培养基上的培养性状及其对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫的致病力进行测定。结果表明:不同绿僵菌菌株菌落的生长速度、产孢量及其对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫的致病力差异十分显著。菌株接种培养15 d,菌落直径最大的为MaZPTR-01菌株,达6.5 cm;其次为MaFZ-13菌株,达6.2 cm。产孢量最高的为MaFZ-13,达1.33×10^8孢子·cm-2,MaZPTR-01菌株次之,达1.28×10^8孢子·cm-2。MaFZ-13、MaXJ-04菌株对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫的致死率较高,15 d后分别达到96.7%、95.0%,其它菌株均低于90%;幼虫僵虫率分别为75%、71.7%;致死中时(LT50)也显著短于其它菌株,分别为5.01 d、5.48 d。绿僵菌MaFZ-13和MaXJ-04菌株不仅生长速度快、产孢量高,而且对橙带蓝尺蛾幼虫的致病力强,可作为优良菌株进一步开发利用。Milionia basalis is a new insect pest caused serious damage to Podocarpus macrophyllus and Podocarpus nagi in recent years.Biological characteristics on PDA media of 5 Metarhizium anisopliae strains(MaFZ-13,MaFZ-16,MaQL-02,MaXJ-04,MaZPTR-01)and their virulence against M.basalis larvae are tested for screening the virulent strains for this pest.The results showed there was significant difference in colony diameter,sporulation and virulence against M.basalis larvae among different strains.15 days after cultured on plate medium,the biggest diameter of colony were MaZPTR-01 strain,which was 6.5 cm,then was MaFZ-13 strain,which was 6.2 cm.MaFZ-13 and MaZPTR-01 were the strains with most sporulation,that could reach 1.33×10^8 spores·cm-2and 1.28×10^8 spores·cm-2,respectively.The results of virulence test showed mortality of M.basalis larvae 15 days after inoculated with MaFZ-13 and MaXJ-04 reached 96.7%and 95.0%,respectively,while the mortality of other strains were less than 90%.Muscardine cadaver rates of larvae inoculated with MaFZ-13 and MaXJ-04 were 75%and 71.7%,respectively.The median lethal time(LT50)of MaFZ-13 and MaXJ-04 against M.basalis larvae were 5.01 days ans 5.48 days,significantly shorter than other strains.MaFZ-13 and MaXJ-04 has fast growth,higher sporulation and good virulence against M.basalis larvae,so these two strains could be used for the further development.
