直角点足毒蛾生物学特性及白僵菌防治试验

摘　　要：直角点足毒蛾(Redoa anserella)是油茶的一种重要害虫。2015—2017年,在福建省武夷山市等地油茶林开展野外调查,对直角点足毒蛾生物学特性进行初步观察,同时开展用球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)防治幼虫试验。结果表明,该虫在武夷山1 a发生4~5代,以卵越冬,翌年3月下旬越冬卵孵化为幼虫。第1代4—6月,第2代6—8月,第3代7—10月,第4代9—11月,越冬代11月—翌年5月。利用含孢量110亿·g-1的白僵菌粉炮防治幼虫,施菌量为白僵菌粉炮60个·hm-2,施菌后12 d,幼虫死亡率在68%~80%之间,防治效果良好。Redoa anserella Collenette is an important pest for Camellia oleifera.In 2015—2017,a survey on biological characters of R.anserella in Wuyishan of Fujian was carried out by field test,and the biocontrol of R.anserella by Beauveria bassiana was performed.The result showed that it occurred 4~5 generations per year in Wuyishan City,overwintering with eggs,and hatching into larvae in late March next year.The first generation occurred from April to June,while the second was from June to August,the third was from July to October,the fourth was from September to November,and the wintering generation was from November to May of the following year.The larvae were treated with B.bassiana conidia powder firecracker 1.1×10^10 spores·g-1,60 conidia powder firecracker·hm-2.The mortality rate of the larvae ranged from 68%to 80%,12 days after the application,which showed a good control effect.
