摘 要:目的探讨"键对键"与"面对面"联动健康教育在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年10月—2019年10月在江苏省中医院内分泌科接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和干预组,各50例。对照组采用常规教育,干预组在此基础上实施"键对键"与"面对面"联动健康教育,比较干预前后两组患者健康知识水平、自护行为和血糖指标的差异。结果干预前,两组患者健康知识水平、自护行为得分、血糖指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院3个月后,与对照组患者相比,干预组患者健康知识水平、自护行为得分提高,血糖指标改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论"键对键"与"面对面"联动健康教育模式可提高糖尿病患者健康知识水平和自护行为得分,改善临床指标,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of online and offline linkage health education in diabetics.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,this study selected 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Department of Endocrinology in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine as subjects by convenience sampling.All patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,50 cases in each group.Control group carried out the routine education.On the basis of that,intervention group implemented the online and offline linkage health education.This study compared the health knowledge,self-care behavior and blood glucose indexes of patients between two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistical difference in the health knowledge,self-care behavior and blood glucose indexes of patients between two groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the scores of health knowledge,self-care behavior and blood glucose indexes of intervention group improved three months after discharge with statistical differences(P<0.01).Conclusions Online and offline linkage health education can improve health knowledge,self-care behavior and clinical indexes of diabetics which is worthy of popularization.
