摘　　要：目的分析集束化护理在急性缺血性脑卒中介入术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取山东省聊城市人民医院2018年6月—2019年5月收治的74例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组实施血管内介入术及优质护理,观察组在此基础上实施集束化护理模式。比较两组患者的术后神经功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表得分低于对照组,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Barthel指数高于对照组,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量量表各维度得分高于对照组,两组得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理对急性缺血性脑卒中介入术后患者日常生活能力有积极影响,还能有效改善患者的神经功能及生活质量,建议在临床中进一步推广。Objective To analyze application effect of cluster nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke after interventional surgery.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted and treated in Liaocheng People's Hospital in Shandong province from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected by the convenient sampling method.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control groupand the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given intravascular intervention and high-quality nursing while the observation group was given cluster nursing model on this basis.Postoperative neurological function,activity of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,score of National Institute of Health Stroke Scaleof the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barthel index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dimensions scores of Generic Quality LifeInventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing has a positive effect on activity of daily living of patients with acute ischemic stroke after interventional surgery and it can also effectively improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients.Therefore,it is recommended to further promote it in clinical practice.
