知信行护理模式对老年冠心病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨知信行护理模式对老年冠心病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年5月—2019年5月在绍兴市人民医院心内科收治的老年冠心病患者140例为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上应用知信行护理模式。比较两组患者治疗依从率,采用心血管患者生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)比较两组患者的生活质量。结果观察组患者治疗依从率为97.1%,对照组为81.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.035,P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者CQQC总分(88.25±11.46)分,对照组(79.29±12.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.438,P<0.05)。结论知信行护理模式能有效提高老年冠心病患者治疗依从性和生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effects of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)nursing model on treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly coronary disease patients.Methods From May 2017 to May 2019,this study selected 140 elderly coronary disease patients of Department of Cardiology in Shaoxing People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province as subjects by convenience sampling.All patients were divided into observation group and control group with the method of random number table,70 cases in each group.Control group implemented the routine nursing.On the basis of that in control group,observation group carried out the KAP nursing model.This study compared the treatment compliance and quality of life with the China Questionnaire of Quality of Life in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease(CQQC)among patients between two groups.Results The treatment compliance of patients in observation group and control group was 97.1%and 81.4%respectively with a statistical difference(χ^2=9.035,P<0.05).After intervention,the total scores of CQQC of patients in observation group and control group were(88.25±11.46)and(79.29±12.41)respectively with a statistical difference(t=4.438,P<0.05).Conclusions KAP nursing model can effectively improve the treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly coronary disease patients which is worthy of clinical application.
