摘 要:针对特大齿轮的测量,提出一种组合式随动齿轮测量方法,采用随动齿轮测量设备对齿廓进行局部扫描,并以激光跟踪仪为随动齿轮测量设备做大空间精密定位,结合测量数据,建立齿轮中心迭代模型实现齿轮中心的高精度计算,利用径向极坐标法实现特大齿轮的齿廓偏差测量。自主设计和搭建了随动齿轮测量设备,对7级直齿渐开线齿轮进行了齿廓偏差测量试验,将测量结果与三坐标测量机的测量结果进行对比,最大偏差为4.2μm,能满足特大齿轮测量的精度要求。Aiming at the measurement of extra large gears,a combined follower gear measurement method is proposed,in which the gear profile is scanned locally by the follower gear measuring device,and the laser tracker is used for the precise positioning of the latter.Combined with the measurement data,the gear center iterative model is established to realize the high-precision calculation of the gear center,and the tooth profile deviation measurement of the extra large gear is realized through the radial polar coordinate method.The follow-up gear measuring equipment is designed and set up,and the tooth profile deviation measurement experiment is carried out on the 7-stage straight tooth involute gear.The measurement result is compared with that of coordinate measuring machine(CMM).The maximum deviation is 4.2μm,which can meet the accuracy requirement for the measurementotextra large gears.
