摘  要:为了研究宁夏六盘山区中药地榆中总糅质含量.采用磷钼钨酸-干酪素法对六盘山区地榆中总糅质含量进行测定,并对比地榆主根和侧根中总糅质含量的差异,优化提取工艺.结果表明宁夏六盘山区中药地榆中主根总糅质含量为0.9328 mg/g、侧根中总糅质含量为0.2352 mg/g,主根中总糅质含量明显高于侧根.优化工艺后,总糅质含量达1.4959 mg/g.用磷钼钨酸-干酪素比色法测定总糅质含量的方法稳定、快速、准确、灵敏度高.主根和侧根糅质含量差异较大.此研究结果为宁夏六盘山区地榆的质量控制提供了一定的参考依据.To study the content of tannins in radix sanguisorba of Liupan Mountain,Tungsten molybdophosphate-casein colorimetric method was used to determine the quantity of tannins from radix sanguisorba.The difference of the content of tannins radix in sanguisorba between mian root and lateral root is compared.The extraction process is also optimized.The results show that the content of total tannins in the main root of Liupan Mountain sanguisorba was 0.2352 mg/g,and that the content of total tannins in the lateral root was 0.9328 mg/g.The content of the tannins in the main root is significantly higher than that of the lateral root.After the optimization of the process,the total content of tannins was 1.4959 mg/g.The tungsten molybdophosphate-casein colorimetric method was stable,rapid,accurate and sensitive.
