摘 要:以溴化后的介孔分子筛SBA-15(SBA-15-Br)为无金属原子转移自由基聚合(metal-free ATRP)的引发剂,10-苯基吩噻嗪(PTH)为光催化剂,N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)为温度敏感性单体,于365 nm紫外灯照射下引发聚合制备SBA-15-g-PNIPAM温度敏感型复合材料,并进一步将抗癌药物槲皮素(Qu)负载到SBA-15-g-PNIPAM温度敏感型复合材料上,并在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中研究其在不同温度下的槲皮素释放过程.研究结果表明介孔分子筛SBA-15的表面成功接枝了聚N-丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM),制备了SBA-15-g-PNIPAM温度敏感型复合材料,该材料在20℃的水中分散性良好,在40℃水中则聚集,显示出良好的温度敏感性;负载抗癌药物槲皮素后(SBA-15-g-PNIPAM-Qu),在20℃和37℃磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的药物最大释放量分别为98.53%和11.20%,因此是一种优秀的温度敏型药物载体.In this paper,SBA-15-g-PNIPAM temperature-sensitive composite material was prepared via metal-free atom transfer radical polymerization(metal-free ATRP)under 365 nm UV lamp using SBA-15-Br as initiator,10-phenyl phenothiazine(PTH)as light catalyst and N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM)as the monomers.Furthermore,the anticancer drug quercetin(Qu)was loaded onto SBA-15-g-PNIPAM temperature-sensitive composite material and the quercetin release at different temperatures was studied in phosphate buffer solution(PBS).The results showed that the poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)(PNIPAM)have grafted from the SBA-15 surface and the SBA-15-g-PNIPAM temperature-sensitive composite material were prepared successfully.The SBA-15-g-PNIPAM has good dispersion in water at 20℃and aggregation in water at 40℃,showing good temperature sensitivity.After loading the anticancer drug quercetin(SBA-15-g-PNIPAM-Qu),the maximum drug release in phosphate buffer solutions at 20℃and 37℃was 98.53%and 11.20%,respectively.So SBA-15-g-PNIPAM temperature-sensitive composite material is an excellent temperature sensitive drug carrier.
