摘　　要：目的通过参加全国放射工作人员个人剂量监测系统比对考核,了解本实验室的技术水平,找出差距和不足,提出改善措施。方法准备7组个人剂量计,邮寄至中国疾病预防控制中心辐射防护与核安全医学所进行约定值照射,本次个人剂量比对考核的约定真值剂量范围为0.70~4.40 mSv,照射后寄回参加比对的实验室进行测读计算,出具个人剂量比对考核结果报告,辐射安全所对考核报告进行评分。结果本实验室2018年度个人剂量监测系统比对结果,实测值HP(10)的剂量范围为0.74~4.32 mSv,单组性能Pi范围为-0.02~0.06,综合性能B2+S2结果为0.03,监测数据方面得70分,同时监测报告获得10分,Q值评分18分,个人剂量比对考核结果总分98分,被评为优秀。结论本实验室个人剂量监测结果准确可靠,符合国家标准要求。Objective To understand the technical level of the laboratory,find out the gaps and deficiencies,and propose improvement measures by the National Radiation Staff Individual Dose Monitoring System.Methods 7 sets of individual dosimeters were mailed to the Institute of Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Medicine of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention for the agreed value irradiation,with the agreed true dose range of 0.70 to 4.40 mSv.After the irradiation,they were sent back to the participating laboratory for reading calculation,and a report on the assessment results of individual dose comparison was issued,and the assessment report will be scored by the Radiation Safety Institute.Results The comparative results of individual dose monitoring system in the laboratory in 2018,showed that the measured value of HP(10)dose ranged from 0.74 to 4.32 mSv,the single group performance Pi ranged from-0.02 to 0.06,the comprehensive performance B2+S2 result was 0.03,and the monitoring data score was 70 points.At the same time,the monitoring report got 10 points,the Q score was 18 points,and the individual dose comparison was rated as excellent with a total score of 98 points.Conclusion The results of individual dose monitoring in the laboratory are accurate and reliable,and meet the requirements of the national standards.
