摘　　要：地方高校研究生招生面临着生源质量欠佳的问题。在招生实践中,通过合理制定招生计划、加强研究生招生宣传、扎实做好命题和复试相关工作、完善奖助政策等工作,确保招生工作公平公正。地方高校应着力打造优势学科、做好本科和研究生教育的衔接与贯通、构建多学科交叉融合的学术环境和培养机制、加大国际交流与培养、加强校园文化建设,提高学校研究生招生对优质生源的吸引力。The enrollment of graduates in local colleges and universities is facing the problem of poor quality of students.In practical enrollment,graduate school has made a reasonable enrollment plan,strengthen graduate enrollment publicity,do a solid job in proposition and related work about second-round exam,and improve the policy of award and assistance,so as to ensure the fairness and justice of enrollment.Local colleges and universities should strive to create advantageous disciplines,do a good job in the connection of undergraduate and graduate education,build an interdisciplinary academic environment and training mechanism,increase international exchange and training,and strengthen the construction of campus culture,so as to improve the attraction of graduate enrollment to high-quality students.
