长链烷氧基苯甲酰基硫脲的阴离子识别应用研究

摘  要:通过紫外光谱、核磁滴定等方式研究了两种长链烷氧基苯甲酰基硫脲对阴离子的识别性能。结果表明受体1可以对CN^-表现出良好的单一识别能力,F^-、AC^-和CN^-对受体2有明显UV-Vis响应,且在含15%H2O的DMSO溶液中,受体2可以单一识别CN^-。由于受体分子内电荷转移(ICT)的程度较大,故对阴离子均表现出裸眼识别性能。受体与阴离子之间的检出限范围为1.24×10^-7~1.87×10^-5M^-1,均表现出了较高的检测灵敏度。Recognition properties of two long-chain alkoxy substituted benzoyl thiourea with anions were studied by UV-vis studies,1H NMR titration and other analytical methods.The results of study showed that the receptor 1 has simplex recognition ability for CN^-,and F^-,AC^-and CN^-had obvious UV-Vis responses to receptor 2.Receptor 2 had simplex recognition ability for CN^-in 15%H2O-DMSO solution.Because the intramolecular charge transfer(ICT)of receptors were more obvious,and ability of naked-eye recognition for anions was shown.The detection limits of receptors for anions were calculated to be 1.24×10^-7~1.87×10^-5 M^-1,which indicated that the receptors were good sensors for detection of anions.
