摘　　要：目的观察结直肠肿瘤中FAP-α和SDF-1蛋白的表达与新辅助化疗后结直肠癌病人临床病理特征之间的关系,探讨它们对新辅助化疗后结直肠癌病人预后的影响。方法回顾性分析佳木斯大学附属第一医院2010年1月至2012年12月新辅助化疗后行手术切除结直肠癌病理标本80例,另选取20例正常结直肠黏膜组织,应用免疫组化方法检测FAP-α和SDF-1蛋白的表达情况,分析它们与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果 (1)FAP-α和SDF-1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中表达水平均高于正常结直肠黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)FAP-α和SDF-1蛋白的表达与患者的淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期及肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤部位及分化程度无关(P>0.05);(3)FAP-α和SDF-1蛋白的表达之间无相关性(P>0.05);(4)FAP-α和SDF-1蛋白表达阳性组较阴性组生存时间短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FAP-α和SDF-1蛋白表达阳性可能提示新辅助化疗后结直肠癌病人的不良预后。Objective To observe the relationship between the expression of FAP-αand SDF-1 and the clinicopathological characteristics,and explore their effect on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods 80 cases of colorectal cancer pathological specimens after surgical resection with neoadjuvant chemotherapy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2010 to December 2012,and 20 normal colorectal mucosa tissues were selected.The expression of FAP-αand SDF-1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry,and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were analyzed.Results(1)The expression levels of FAP-αand SDF-1 protein in colorectal cancer tissues were higher than those in normal colorectal mucosa tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The expression of FAP-αand SDF-1 protein was related to the lymph node metastasis,tumor stage and tumor size(P<0.05),but not to the patient's age,gender,tumor location and degree of differentiation(P>0.05).(3)There was no correlation between the expression of FAP-αand SDF-1 protein(P>0.05).(4)The positive expression group of FAP-αand SDF-1 protein had shorter survival time than the negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of FAP-αand SDF-1 protein may indicate the poor prognosis of colorectal cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
