摘　　要：目的分析小针刀、体外冲击波和消炎镇痛液在临床中治疗老年跟痛症后疼痛效果的评价。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月收治的76例老年跟痛症患者,依照数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组给予体外冲击波,观察组行小针刀联合消炎镇痛液治疗。比较2组患者视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,统计炎性因子水平以及生活质量变化情况,观察治疗效果。结果观察组患者的VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量各项评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率97.37%高于对照组的86.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小针刀联合消炎镇痛液治疗可有效减轻老年跟痛症患者的疼痛感,同时还可改善患者的致炎因子水平,提升患者的生活质量,值得在临床治疗中推广。Objective To investigate and evaluate the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of small needle knife,extracorporeal shock wave and anti inflammatory analgesic solution in treatment of the elderly heel pain.Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with heel pain who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)according to the random number table method.The patients in control group were treated by extracorporeal shock wave,however the patients in observation group were treated by small needle knife combined with anti inflammatory analgesic solution.The VAS scores,the inflammatory factor levels,the changes of life quality and therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the life quality scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(97.37%vs 86.84%,P<0.05).Conclusion The small needle knife combined with anti inflammatory analgesic solution in treatment of the elderly heel pain can effectively alleviate the pain,improve the levels of pro-inflammatory factors,improve the life quality of patients,therefor,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
