摘 要:为研究早胜牛CD36基因第4外显子多态性与生长性状及肉用性状的关系,采用PCR-SSCP技术和DNA混合池测序的方法对300头早胜牛CD36基因第4外显子的遗传多态性进行检测,并分析多态位点不同基因型与生长性状及肉用性状的关联性。结果显示:早胜牛CD36基因第4外显子存在1个多态位点,70 037 bp处发生了G/A突变,为同义突变,多态性检测存在2种基因型,分别为EE和EF;对2种基因型的生长性状及肉用性状进行关联分析,发现EF基因型个体体重显著高于EE基因型个体(P<0.05),EF基因型个体肌内脂肪含量显著高于EE基因型个体(P<0.05)。说明早胜牛CD36基因第4外显子存在多态性,EF基因型个体生长性状及肉用性状优于EE基因型个体,可将其作为早胜牛生长性状和肉质性状相关指标的辅助选择分子标记。The relationship between the fourth exon of CD36 gene polymorphism and growth traits were studied in order to provide a theoretical basis for genetic resource evaluation and breeding improvement in Zaosheng cattle.Genetic polymorphism of the fourth exon of CD36 gene were detected by PCR-SSCP and DNA mixed pool sequencing,and analyzed the correlation between different genotypes of polymorphic sites and growth and meat traits.The results showed that there was a polymorphic locus in the fourth exon of CD36 gene in Zaosheng cattle,and G/A mutation occurred at 70 037 bp,which was synonymous mutation. Polymorphism test showed that there were two genotypes.The correlation analysis of the growth traits and meat traits of the two genotypes showed that the EF genotype had significantly higher body weight than the EE genotype(P<0.05),and the EF genotype had significantly higher intra muscular fat content than the EE genotype(P<0.05).Therefore,it was suggested that there was polymorphism in the fourth exon of CD36 gene in Zaosheng cattle,and EF genotype was better than EE genotype in growth traits and meat traits,which could be used as an auxiliary selection molecular marker for growth traits and meat quality traits in Zaosheng cattle.
