摘 要:为研究不同比例玉米秸秆和甜菜青贮营养品质动态变化,筛选两者青贮的最优混合比例,选择蜡熟期收割的去穗玉米秸秆,与甜菜块茎按不同鲜重比例[100∶0(A组),90∶10(B组),80∶20(C组),70∶30(D组),60∶40(E组)]混合装填入塑料桶中进行青贮,50 d后开桶,开桶后第0(开桶当天)、1、3、5、7天采样,检测其营养品质指标。结果表明:开桶当天,随着甜菜比例的增加,pH值先降低后升高,粗蛋白(CP)、水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)先升高后降低,DM、NDF、ADF逐渐降低,且C组pH值最低,CP、WSC最高。随着开桶后时间的推移,各组pH值逐渐升高,CP、WSC逐渐降低。开桶第7天,A、B组干物质(DM)含量均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),B、C组CP含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),B组WSC含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上所述,当玉米秸秆和甜菜块茎鲜重比为90∶10时,青贮料营养品质较好,且开桶接触氧气后营养品质更加稳定。This study was conducted to observe the dynamic change of nutrient quality of corn stover and beet silage with different proportion,analyszed to assess the best ratio of beet root and corn stover for mixed silage.The results demonstrated that with the increase of beet proportion,p H value decreased first and then increased,CP,WSC increased first and then decreased,p H value was the lowest and CP,WSC were the highest in the C group,DM,NDF,ADF gradually reduced.After opening barrels over time,p H gradually increased,CP,WSC gradually decreased.At 7 days after opening the barrels,DM in A and B group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),CP in B and C group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),WSC in B group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).Comprehensive analysis,according to the dynamic change of nutrient quality of mixed silage after opening the barrels,when the ratio was 90 ∶10,it was more conducive to the long-term preservation and utilization of beet nutritional quality.
