摘 要:近年来,土壤被重金属污染的相关环境问题吸引了人们的注意力。为探明洋甘菊修复重金属铅和镉污染土壤的可行性,采用土培洋甘菊实验,测定出苗率、过氧化物酶的活性以及脯胺酸的含量。试验结论如下:(1)轻微复合重金属污染对洋甘菊的出苗率无显著影响(P>0.05),高浓度的重金属污染容易对洋甘菊植物的出苗率产生抑制作用,并随胁迫浓度的增加,抑制效果逐渐显著(P<0.05)。(2)洋甘菊幼苗中的过氧化物酶的含量、脯氨酸的含量会随复合重金属胁迫浓度的增多而增多。In recent years,the environmental problems related to soil pollution by heavy metals have attracted people,sattention.In order to explore the feasibility of repairing heavy metal lead and cadmium contaminated soil with chamomile,the seedling germination rate,peroxidase activity and proline acid content were determined by soil-culture chamomile experiment.The results were as follows:(1)mild heavy metal pollution had no significant effect on the seedling emergence rate of chamomile(P>0.05).High concentration of heavy metal pollution was easy to inhibit the seedling emergence rate of chamomile,and the inhibitory effect was gradually significant by the increase of stress concentration(P<0.05).(2)the content of peroxidase and proline in chamomile seedlings increased by the increase of the concentration of complex heavy metal stress.
