摘  要:以一年生短毛独活为试材,研究不同栽培密度对短毛独活光合特性及生长的影响。结果表明:一年生短毛独活露地种植时,低密度(D30,株行距为30 cm×60 cm)有利于光合产物的积累;中等密度(D20,株行距为20 cm×60 cm)有利蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度的提高。采取株行距为10 cm×60 cm的垄作(高密度,D10)可获得小区高产,采取株行距为20 cm×60 cm的垄作(D20)可改善品质,有利于黄酮和VC的积累。As annual Heracleum moellendorffii Hance for material,the research studied effects of planting densities on photosynthetic characteristics and growth of Heracleum moellendorffii Hance in open field.The result showed that low density(D30)that planting and row space is 30 cm×60 cm was benefits for the accumulation of photosynthetic products,in addition,medium densities(D20)with 20 cm×60 cm planting and row space can increase transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration.Generally,high densities(D10),adopting ridge tillage with 10 cm×60 cm planting and row space,can acquire higher yields;ridge tillage with 20 cm×60 cm planting and row space(D20)can improve the quality,accompanying with the accumulation of flavonoids and vitamin c.
