浅谈金氏脉学在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛诊断中的应用

摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)诊断的金标准是冠状动脉造影,创伤大,应用有限,金氏脉学是在中医传统脉学的基础上,建立起来的一种全新的脉学理论,其中涉及到一百九十八种脉形,根据对脉形特征的分析就可以对冠心病心绞痛进行定性、定位、定量诊断,为中医脉学诊断冠心病心绞痛提供了重要的思路。Coronary angiography is the golden standard for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,is traumatic and has limited application.Jinshi Maixue(金氏脉学)is a new pulse theory based on TCM pulse theory,which involves 198 kinds of pulse shapes.According to the analysis of pulse shape characteristics,we can make qualitative,positioning and quantitative diagnosis of angina pectoris from coronary heart disease.It provides an important idea for the diagnosis of angina pectoris from coronary heart disease by TCM pulse theory.
