益肾方合黄葵胶囊治疗免疫球蛋白A肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾方合黄葵胶囊治疗免疫球蛋白A(IgA)肾病的临床疗效。方法:将54例IgA肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组27例。两组均接受西医常规治疗及口服益肾方,治疗组在此基础上予口服黄葵胶囊。治疗3个月后观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗组中医证候有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:益肾方合黄葵胶囊对降低IgA肾病蛋白尿有一定的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Yishen prescription(益肾方)with the Huangkui capsule(黄葵胶囊)on IgA nephropathy.Methods:54 patients with IgA nephropathy were randomized into the treatment group and control group,27 patients in each group.Both groups received routine western medicine and the Yishen prescription.The treatment group received the Huangkui more.Results:Total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group.There was no significant difference between both groups(P﹤0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,24 hours urinary protein in the treatment group was significantly reduced than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Yishen prescription and Huangkui capsule reduces proteinuria in IgA nephropathy.
