摘　　要：西撒哈拉问题是北非地区长期悬而未决的难题,其实质是西撒哈拉问题的相关各方围绕其最终归属而引发的长期冲突与斗争。西撒哈拉问题的发展大致经历了反殖民斗争、武装冲突以及政治解决等阶段。其复杂的历史演变受到多种因素的相互作用,是殖民主义、强权政治、地区博弈与利益追逐的结果。由于解决西撒哈拉问题的阻力迄今有增无减,且缺乏冲突解决的实际推动力,因此该问题的解决前景仍然黯淡。西撒哈拉问题的存在产生了一系列消极影响,牵动着地区和平与发展。因此,推动西撒哈拉问题朝着公平公正的方向解决刻不容缓。Western Sahara issue is a protracted and unresolved problem in north Africa,and its essence lies in the long-term conflict and struggle caused by the difficulty in resolving the permanent status of Western Sahara. The issue has gone through complicated historical evolution w hich includes different stages of anti-colonial struggle,armed conflict and political settlement. The long-term existence of the issue is driven by historical,political, economic motives, and it is the result of colonialism, pow er politics,regional game and interest pursuit. Given the increasing resistance to the settlement and lack of practical impetus for conflict resolution,prospects for a solution of the issue remain bleak. The issue has led to a series of negative effects,w hich affecting regional peace and development. Therefore,it is urgent to push it for a fair and just solution.
