补肾逐瘀汤治疗青春期原发性痛经的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾逐瘀汤治疗青春期原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取68例青春期原发性痛经病例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组仅用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,研究组加用补肾逐瘀汤治疗。最后查看两个组的临床疗效以及小腹痛改善情况。结果:治疗后,研究组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的小腹疼痛分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾逐瘀方治疗青春期原发性痛经有较好的临床疗效,有助于提高止痛效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescence.Methods:68 cases of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was only treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule,and the study group was treated with.Finally,the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the improvement of small abdominal pain were observed.Results:After treatment,the clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of abdominal pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Zhuyu decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescence,which is helpful to improve the analgesic effect.
