摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线治疗子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛患者32例,根据月经不同时期给予穴位埋线治疗3个月经周期,观察第一个月经周期、第三个月经周期的疗效,及停止治疗3个月后的远期疗效。结果:总有效率达84.38%。结论:穴位埋线能够有效地缓解子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛患者的疼痛症状,治疗用时少,刺激作用持续,值得临床进一步推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding on pelvic pain of endometriosis.Methods:32 patients with pelvic pain of endometriosis were selected.According to the different periods of menstruation,they were given acupoint catgut embedding therapy for 3 menstrual cycles.The curative effect of the first menstrual cycle and the third menstrual cycle were observed,and the long-term curative effect after 3 months of stopping the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 84.38%.Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding can effectively relieve the symptoms of pelvic pain in patients with endometriosis,with less treatment time and sustained stimulation,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
