摘　　要：临床上对心力衰竭伴利尿抵抗的治疗暂无一个统一的治疗标准,但随着《2018中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南》的发布,给临床工作者提供了一个方向。现对心力衰竭病人利尿剂抵抗的中西医最新治疗研究做一综述,为该病的临床治疗提供参考。There is no single standard for clinical treatment of heart failure with diuretic resistance,but with the release of the"2018 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure in China",it seems to offer a direction for clinical workers.This article reviews the latest research on diuretic resistance of heart failure patients from the aspects of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provides a reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
