自制移动式水平量角器对手术人员职业防护的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自制移动式水平量角器的应用对手术室人员职业防护的影响。方法:观察自制移动式水平量角器应用前后6个月内对手术室人员职业防护的影响,试验组和对照组各30例,试验组采用自制移动式水平量角器标识手术床倾斜的角度,完成手术患者体位的调节;对照组采用个人目测经验判定手术床倾斜的角度,完成手术患者体位的调节。观察两组患者同一体位调节至合格状态的次数、调节同一体位消耗的时间、手术护士调节体位过程中发生身体不适的频次、手术医务人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾病防护态度得分,并进行比较。结果:试验组同一体位调节至合格状态的次数、调节同一体位消耗时间、护士调节体位过程中发生身体不适的频次均小于对照组,试验组手术医务人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾病的防护态度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用自制移动式水平量角器进行手术体位的调节,能减少同一体位调节至合格状态的次数,缩短调节体位消耗的时间,减少护士工作量和护士发生身体不适的情况,对预防和减少护士职业性损伤具有良好的作用,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of the application of self-made mobile horizontal protractor on the occupational protection of operating room personnel.Methods To observe the influence of the self-made mobile horizontal protractor on the occupational protection of the operating room personnel within 6 months before and after the application,30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group,the experimental group used the self-made mobile horizontal protractor to mark the tilt angle of the operating table and complete the adjustment of the position of the operating patients;the control group used the personal visual experience to determine the tilt angle of the operating table and complete the position of the operating patients.The times of adjusting the same body position to qualified state,the time of adjusting the same body position consumption,the frequency of discomfort during adjusting the body position of the operating nurses,and the score of the protection attitude of the operating medical staff for occupational musculoskeletal diseases were observed and compared.Results:The times of adjusting the same body position to qualified state,the time of adjusting the same body position and the frequency of physical discomfort during adjusting the body position of nurses in the experimental group were less than those in the control group.The score of the protective attitude of the operating medical staff in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the self-made mobile horizontal protractor to adjust the position of the operation can reduce the times of adjusting the same position to the qualified state,shorten the time of adjusting the position consumption,reduce the workload of the nurses,and reduce the physical discomfort of the nurses,which has a good effect on preventing and reducing the occupational injury of the nurses,and is worth of clinical application.
