摘　　要：目的:分析2014-2018年山东卫生资源配置的公平性,为优化山东卫生资源配置和布局提供参考依据。方法:运用卫生资源集聚度方法评价山东卫生资源配置的公平性。结果:按经济发展程度将山东省划分为3大区域,2018年山东省卫生资源集聚度与人口集聚度比值在0.745~1.572之间。2014-2018年间山东省卫生资源集聚度与人口集聚度比值由高到低排列,顺序为Ⅰ类地区>Ⅱ类地区>Ⅲ类地区,整体变化幅度较小。其中执业(助理)医师和注册护士的配置差异较大,且2014-2018年间配置状况并未有明显改善。结论:山东卫生资源配置总体公平性较好,但不同经济区域间存在差异,经济发展水平是影响卫生资源配置公平性的重要因素,经济发展较好区域卫生资源优于经济落后区域。执业(助理)医师和注册护士明显向经济较发达地区倾斜。Objective:To analyze the equity of health resource allocation in Shandong province from 2014 to 2018,and to provide reference for optimizing health resource allocation and distribution.Methods:The health resource agglomeration method was used to evaluate the equity of health resource allocation in Shandong province.Results:Shandong province were divided into three regions according to the degree of economic development,health resources agglomeration degree and population agglomeration degree ratio of Shandong province was between 0.745~1.572 in 2018.From 2014 to 2018,the ratio of the concentration degree of health resources to population concentration in Shandong Province was ranked from high to low,in the order of type I area>type II area>type III area,and the overall change was small..Among them,the configuration of practicing(assistant)physicians and registered nurses is quite different,and the configuration has not improved significantly from 2014 to 2018.Conclusion:Shandong's overall health resource allocation is good,but there are differences among different economic regions.The level of economic development is an important factor affecting the equity of health resource allocation.Health resources in areas with better economic development are better than those in the areas with backward economy.Practicing(assistant)physicians and registered nurses are clearly leaning towards more economically developed areas.
