摘  要:针对某公司引进的Tφpsoe甲醛装置废热锅炉经常出现泄漏而影响正常生产的问题,进行了深入的调查研究,分析了导致泄漏的原因,开发采用了解决泄漏的新技术,很好地解决了废热锅炉经常出现的泄漏问题,确保了甲醛装置长周期的正常、稳定运行。Specific to the leakage problem occurring often from the waste heat boiler in the formaldehyde plant imported from Tφpsoe by a company,causing impact on the normal production,deep investigations and studies are carried out,the causes of leakage are analyzed,a new technology has been developed and applied for resolving the leakage,and the leakage problem occurring often from the waste heat boiler has been well resolved,and the long-term normal and stable operation of formaldehyde plant is ensured.
