摘　　要：焦炉砌筑质量的好坏直接影响到焦炉寿命,而在冬季焦炉砌筑过程中,过低的温度又会造成材料在砌筑过程中变性,使得砌体之间的密封性变差,强度降低,本文以7米焦炉冬季砌筑为例,通过对砌筑过程的创新管理,实现了焦炉的高质量砌筑,并实现了降本增效的目标。The quality of coke oven masonry directly affects the life of coke oven,and in the process of coke oven masonry in winter,the low temperature will cause the material to change in the masonry process,making the tightness between the masonry poor and the strength reduced.In this paper,taking the winter masonry of 7m coke oven as an example,through the innovative management of the masonry process,the high-quality masonry of coke oven is realized,and the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase is realized mark.
