摘 要:当前我国国防科技工业产业集聚呈深度发展态势,然而从各省实际情况来看,仍存在产业链重塑力度不高、产业集聚规模小、产品生产不均衡、政策制度不完善等问题。基于马克思分工协作理论,发现我国国防科技工业产业集聚发展现存问题主要是专业化分工程度不高、分工不彻底以及军民品分工导致分割等原因造成的。因此,最后提出应以专业化分工为基础、以协作为重要手段、以骨干企业为牵引、以政策为支撑等路径优化我国国防科技工业产业集聚发展。At present,the industrial agglomeration of national defense science and technology industry shows a trend of in-depth development.However,from the perspective of the actual situation of each province,there are still some problems such as low degree of industrial chain remodeling,small scale of industrial agglomeration,unbalanced product production and imperfect policies and systems.Based on Marx's theory of division of labor and cooperation,it is found that the existing problems in the industrial agglomeration of national defense science and technology industry in China are mainly caused by the low degree of specialized division of labor,incomplete division of labor and the division of military and civil goods.Therefore,it is suggested that we should optimize the cluster development of national defense science and technology industry on the basis of specialized division of labor,on the basis of cooperation,on the basis of backbone enterprises and on the basis of policies.
