摘 要:为了获得杀爆战斗部对目标作用时破片和冲击波两种毁伤元耦合作用机理,分析了作用时序对耦合作用的影响,并通过量纲分析给出了以有孔平板相对于无孔平板在爆炸冲击波载荷下的中心点挠度增益表征的耦合作用系数.利用AUTODYN软件对爆炸冲击波作用下预制孔及无孔平板的塑性变形进行了数值模拟并进行了试验验证,以模拟结果为数据支撑构建了耦合作用模型,提出了杀爆战斗部对典型目标的耦合毁伤计算公式.应用建立的公式针对某杀爆战斗部对典型目标的毁伤进行了评估.结果表明,当穿孔密度较低时,平板中心点挠度变化并不明显,随着破片穿孔密度的增加和直径的增大,平板中心点挠度增益与孔密度和直径呈正相关的变化规律.采用联合毁伤模型较独立毁伤模型杀伤半径提高,提高幅度最大可达9.5%.In order to comprehend the coupling mechanism of fragments and shock wave when the blast-fragmentation warhead acts on the target,the influence of action time sequence on coupling was analyzed,and the coupling coefficients of the deflection gain of the plate central point with holes relative to the plate without holes under the blast loading were given through dimensional analysis.The plastic deformation of flat plate with prefabricated hole and without hole under the action of blast wave was simulated by AUTODYN software,and was verified by experiments.Based on the results of numerical simulation,a coupling action model was constructed,and the coupling damage calculation formula of the warhead to typical targets was also proposed.The established formula was used to evaluate the damage of the typical target in a blast warhead.The results show that the deflection of the central point of the plate changes unobviously in the premise of low perforation density.However,with the increase of the perforation density and diameter of the fragments,the deflection gain of the central point of the plate also increases,and the deflection gain of the plate central point is positively correlated with the hole density and diameter.The killing radius of the combined damage model is higher than that of the independent damage model,and the maximum increase can reach 9.5%.
