摘 要:探究无纺布容器规格对油松苗木质量的影响,以期找到底部渗灌条件下培育油松苗(1-0)的最适合无纺布容器规格。采用完全随机区组设计,以当年生油松播种苗为研究对象,在底部渗灌条件下设置4个无纺布容器规格培育苗木,分析生长季末苗木生长和养分积累状况。结果表明:7 cm×15 cm规格下苗木苗高、地径、全株生物量最大,分别达到12.78 cm、2.29 mm、1.15 g·株^-1,其中苗高、地径显著高于其他容器规格下的苗木,全株生物量与10 cm×15 cm规格下的苗木无显著差异;除根氮单株质量外,7 cm×15 cm规格下苗木各组织及全株氮、磷单株质量均显著高于7 cm×9 cm和7 cm×12 cm规格下的苗木;7 cm×15 cm规格下苗木茎氮、磷单株质量显著高于10 cm×15 cm规格下苗木,而根、叶和全株氮、磷单株质量并无显著差异;4种容器规格下油松苗木全株钾单株质量无显著差异。因此,综合考虑苗木生长及养分积累情况,底部渗灌下培育油松容器苗(1-0)的最适宜无纺布容器规格为7 cm×15 cm。We explored the effects of non-woven container size with sub-irrigation on the quality of Pinus tabuliformis seedlings,aiming to find the appropriate non-woven container size.Four non-woven container sizes were applied to cultivate the one-year-old seedlings under sub-irrigation system using complete randomized block design.We measured and analyzed the seedling growth and nutrient accumulation statuses in the late growth stage.When the container size was 7 cm×15 cm,the seedling height,root collar diameter and the biomass of whole plant respectively reached the maximum of 12.78 cm,2.29 mm and 1.15 g ind^-1,in which the seedling height and root collar diameter were significantly higher than those under the other sizes and the biomass of whole plant has no significant difference to those under 10 cm×15 cm size.Except for the N content in root,the N and P contents in each organization and whole plant of the seedlings under 7 cm×15 cm container size were significantly higher than those under 7 cm×9 cm and 7 cm×12 cm sizes.The N and P content in stem of the seedlings under 7 cm×15 cm container size were significantly higher than those under 10 cm×15 cm size,but there was no significant difference in the N and P contents in root,leaf and whole plant of the seedlings under these two container sizes.There was no significant difference in K content in whole plant of the seedlings under four container sizes.Therefore,considering the growth and nutrient accumulation of seedlings,the optimum non-woven container size for cultivating P.tabulaeformis one-year containerized seedlings under sub-irrigation system is 7 cm×15 cm.
