摘  要:采取裂区试验设计,主区因素是磁场强度(0、105V),设激素种类为副区因素(单一植物激素(IBA)和混合植物激素(w(IBA)∶w(NAA)=1∶2)),之后下设1 000、1 500、2 000 mg·L^-1 3个质量浓度梯度,在主区内分别设置两个对照组,对楸树(Catalpa bungei)进行了嫩枝扦插技术的研究。结果表明:IBA 500 mg·L^-1+NAA 1 000 mg·L^-1在有磁场的情况下,不定根数量、根系生物量、平均根长、根系总长度、根系总表面积、根系总体积最大。虽然生根率和最长不定根长不是最大值,但是IBA 500 mg·L^-1+NAA 1 000 mg·L^-1在有磁场的情况对这2项指标也起到了极大的促进作用。对于楸树嫩枝扦插的未来繁殖,可考虑IBA500 mg·L^-1+NAA 1 000 mg·L^-1、高电压磁场105V处理。A split plot experiment design was adopted, the main factor is the intensity of magnetic field(0 V and 100 000 V), and hormone species were set as sub-regional factors(single plant hormone(IBA) and mixed plant hormone(IBA∶NAA=1∶2)). Then, three concentration gradients of 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 mg·L^-1 were set, and two control groups were set up, respectively. The number of adventitious roots, root biomass, average root length, total root length, total root surface area and total root volume of IBA∶NAA-Ⅴ are the largest. Although rooting rate and longest adventitious root length are not the maximum values, IBA∶NAA-V also played a great role in promoting these two indicators. IBA500 mg/L+NAA1 000 mg/L with magnetic field could be considered for the future propagation of Catalpa bungei cuttings.
