摘 要:文章首先分析了某冷藏运输船传动轴系的组成及作用,接着分析了该船主机功率的使用及分配情况。然后按《钢制海船入级与建造规范》要求,对传动轴系各轴段传递主机额定功率所需直径进行计算、校核。接着,根据传递主机额定功率的要求,对齿轮箱传动齿轮副的危险截面进行轮齿弯曲应力计算、校核,对易发生点蚀的齿面节点处的齿面接触强度进行计算、校核。根据计算结果,更换不满足需要的齿轮副。对各轴段联轴节紧配螺栓的强度、应力进行计算、校核。最后,在传动轴系满足传递主机额定功率条件下,开车交验。研究结果表明,传动轴系各轴段强度、联轴节紧配螺栓强度以及更换后的传动齿轮副强度均满足传递主机额定功率的需求,研究方案可供同行借鉴。Firstly,the composition and function of the transmission shafting of a refrigerated carrier are analyzed,and then the use and distribution of the main engine power are analyzed.Then,according to the requirements of the Code for the Entry and Construction of Steel Marine Vessels,the diameters required for the transmission of the rated power of the main engine in each shafting are calculated and checked.Then,according to the need to transfer the rated power of the main engine,the dangerous section of the gear gear box transmission gear pair is calculated and checked,and the contact strength of the tooth surface at the joint of the tooth surface where pitting is easy to occur is calculated and checked.According to the calculation results,replace the gear pairs that do not meet the needs.Strength and stress of coupling bolts for each shaft Line calculation,check.Finally,under the condition that the transmission shafting meets the rated power of the transmission mainframe,the starting inspection is carried out.The research results show that the strength of each shaft section of the transmission shaft,the strength of the coupling bolt and the strength of the replacement gear can meet the demand of the rated power of the transmission main engine.
