开底式抛石船的改装设计

摘　　要：在不稳定的河床上建设桥梁或其他水利设施,都要对其水下基础进行抛石、抛袋式防护,特别是在急流的流沙质江河上施工。文章介绍了为此项施工专门开发研制的一种开底式抛石船,能完成石舱的装填、迅速开底门抛石、底门合龙、挖掘机过驳存放等功能。主要作用是将水下地基建设所需的石块均匀抛放到水底,克服了现有舷侧自由抛石过程的不可控现象,有效控制石块落地位置的准确度和均匀度。In the construction of bridges or other water conservancy facilities in unstable riverbeds,it is necessary to carry out riprap and bag-throwing protection on its underwater foundation,especially on the quicksand river of rapids.This paper introduces a kind of open-bottom type riprap ship developed for this construction,which can complete the filling of the stone cabin,the quick opening of the bottom door riprap,the bottom door closure,and the excavator over barge storage and so on.The main function is to uniformly throw the stones used for underwater foundation construction to the bottom,overcome the uncontrollable phenomenon of the free riprap process on the existing side,and effectively control the accuracy and uniformity of the rock landing position.Construction efficiency and application through verification of actual ship construction The quality of working fluid has been greatly improved,especially the utilization ratio and cost control effect of construction materials are remarkable.
