摘  要:目的基于18F-FDG PET/CT分析棕色脂肪组织(BAT)活性与肿瘤状态的关系。方法对4199例18F-FDG PET/CT受检者进行回顾性分析,其中62例检出BAT;以18F-FDG PET/CT中BAT摄取的最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)定量BAT活性,根据肿瘤病史和18F-FDG PET/CT结果对受检者的肿瘤状态进行评分;收集受检者临床相关参数,进行相关性的单变量及多元线性回归分析。结果18F-FDG PET/CT检查显示,62例存在BAT的受检者SUVmax为3.7~21.5(7.30±0.40),肿瘤状态评分0分29例、1分15例、2分18例。单变量分析提示,BAT活性与肿瘤状态评分有相关关系(P=0.027);多元线性回归分析显示,在矫正年龄、性别、BMI及室外温度等多种BAT活性的影响因素后,肿瘤状态仍然是BAT活性的显著影响因素(β=0.840,SE=0.325,P=0.012)。结论肿瘤状态是影响BAT活性高低的重要因素,肿瘤状态评分越高,BAT活性则越高。Objective To evaluate the relationship between neoplastic status and brown adipose tissue(BAT)activity by 2-deoxy-2-[(18)F]fluoro-D-glucose(18F-FDG)positron emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT).Methods Data from 4199 subjects who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT were reviewed for analysis.BAT was present in 62 subjects.The activity of BAT was quantified by maximum standardized uptake values(SUVmax).The neoplastic status was scored according to their cancer history and 18F-FDG PET/CT findings.Clinical data were obtained from the database.Univariate analysis and linear regression analysis between BAT activity and neoplastic status were performed.Results The SUVmax of BAT in 62 subjects was 3.7-21.5(7.30±0.40).The neoplastic status score was 0 in 29 subjects,1 in 15 subjects,and 2 in 18 subjects.Univariate analysis showed neoplastic status had significant positive correlation with the activity of BAT(P=0.027).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that after adjusting various factors affecting BAT activity,such as age,gender,BMI,and outdoor temperature,the neoplastic status was still a significant influencing factor for the activity of BAT(β=0.840,SE=0.325,P=0.012).Conclusion Neoplastic status is a critical influencing factor for BAT activity,and the higher the score of neoplastic status,the higher the BAT activity.
