党内法规案例研究法的需求分析与应用探索

摘　　要：十八大以来,我国学术界党内法规方面的理论研究已取得相对成熟的研究成果,但是在研究方法方面,学者们运用的主要是定性研究,实证性的研究较少,尤其是党内法规案例研究法有待深入挖掘。当前党内法规教学案例的开发和应用不仅是党内法规理论研究进一步深入的必然要求,也是党内法规实践发展的迫切需要,更是党内法规学学科成熟的标志。借鉴公共管理学科案例研究的经验,根据党内法规制度自身发展体系要求,可以从内容、主体、范畴、历史阶段等不同角度开发案例,进行研究与应用。Relatively mature achievements have been made within the theoretical research area of inner Party rules and regulations,but as regard the methodology,qualitative analysis has been widely applied by scholars,empirical studies relatively few,which is particularly true for case analysis of such rules and regulations.The development and application of such cases in teaching is required by the theoretical studies,which also symbolize the effective and practical supply of such rules and regulations,indicating the maturity of relative studies.Such cases can be categorized from the contents,subjects,categorization,and the historic phase based on studies in public administration.
