摘　　要：中华武术是中国五千年文化古国之瑰宝,而在中国武术文化庞杂的拳种体系中太极拳集技击,养生,运动安全性小,不限运动场地服装等作用为一体的运动项目备受各个年龄段,社会阶层的人们接受认可和习练。而在现在传播出五大流派的陈,杨,武,吴,孙中,而孙式太极拳属于较晚传承出来的,是由武术大家武林人尊称"虎头少保"的孙禄堂孙公编排出来,发展、传播起来,孙禄堂本人从小喜爱武术,精通中国三大内家拳种形意拳,八卦掌,武氏太极拳,一生追求武术境界,并把武术理论提升为武学。而孙式太极拳是融入将形意拳的整劲和形意拳的三体式为桩,配合灵活多变的八卦掌步法和身法和武式太极拳轻柔舒缓的太极的运动规律是采百家之所长创编而成。Chinese Wushu is the treasure of Chinese ancient culture for five thousand years,and in the boxing system of Chinese Wushu culture,Taijiquan combines the functions of fighting,health preservation,which is safe and with little restriction on venues and clothes.As a result,it is widely accepted and practiced by people of all ages and social classes.Among the current five major styles of Chen,Yang,Wu,Wu,and Sun the Sun style taijiquan belongs to late inheritance,which is set by Wushu master Sun Lutang(honored as“Hutoushaobao”)to develop and spread.Master Sun loved Wushu since his childhood,who is proficient in China's 3 main kinds of Neijiaquan—Xingyiquan,Baguaqian and Wu Style Taijiquan.He has pursuit Wushu in his whole lifetime,and promoted Wushu theory to Wushu knowledge.Sun style taijiquan combines the whole strength of Xingyiquan and the three postures of Xingyiquan as piles,matches the flexible and changeable footwork and body technique of Baguanzhang,and learns from the gentle and slow movement rules of Wu style Taijiqua.So generally speaking,it is created and compiled by taking the advantage of many Wushu styles.
