摘 要:陈式太极拳在陈氏太极拳第六代陈有本时期发展出的将走大圈的练法打法之架型称为"大架",将走小圈的传统练法打法称为"小架"。拳理讲究阴阳开合、虚实转换、刚柔相济、以意领气、快慢相间以及缠绕螺旋的运气方法。在养生方面可以很好的改善身体健康,通过动静相宜、快慢相兼、自然呼吸、以意导气,动作上刚柔相济、舒展大方、连绵不绝,调整人体阴阳平衡,气血筋脉顺通,从而达到养生的作用,符合各个年龄和不同性别人的生理特点。The names of“Big Race”(walk in big circles)and“Small Race”(walk in small circles)are formed by Chen Youben,the sixth generation of Chen Style Taijiquan.Boxing theory focuses on Yin Yang opening and closing,virtual and real transformation,rigid and soft,with a sense of inspiration,fast and slow and spiral control of Qi.In the aspect of health,it can improve the health very well.It can improve health through dynamic and quiet,fast and slow,natural breathing,with the intention of guiding Qi.The action is rigid,soft and comfortable,stretches generously and continuously.It adjusts the balance of Yin and Yang of the human body,and improves the vital energy and blood circulation.
