摘  要:为烟草白粉病的科学防治提供理论依据,采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术对采自同一烟株上发病烟叶和健康烟叶DNA的ITS区进行测序,分析各样品的真菌群落结构与多样性。结果表明:白粉病烟株健康烟叶真菌群落丰富度及多样性均高于发病烟叶;2种样本的优势菌门均为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)和担子菌门(Basidiomycota);发病烟叶优势菌属及其相对丰富度为高氏白粉菌属(Golovinomyces)99.22%,曲霉属(Aspergillus)0.33%和链格孢属(Alternaria)0.33%;健康烟叶的优势菌属及其相对丰富度为高氏白粉菌属(Golovinomyces)91.86%、曲霉属(Aspergillus)0.34%和链格孢属(Alternaria)0.31%。在白粉病烟株上发病烟叶和健康烟叶均存在大量的高氏白粉菌属。The community structure and diversity of fungi in healthy and diseased tobacco leaves are analyzed by sequencing of ITS region of DNA in diseased and healthy leaves of the same tobacco plant through Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technique to provide the theoretical basis for scientific control of tobacco powdery mildew.Result:The community abundance and diversity of fungi in healthy leaves of tobacco plants infected with powdery mildew are higher than diseased leaves.The dominant phyla of two tested samples are Ascomycota and Basidiomycota.The dominant genera of diseased tobacco leaves are Golovinomyces,Aspergillus and Alternaria,and their relative abundance are 99.22%,0.33%and 0.33%respectively.The dominant genera of healthy tobacco leaves are Golovinomyces,Aspergillus and Alternaria,and their relative abundance are 91.86%,0.34%and 0.31%respectively.There is a large amount of Golovinomyces in diseased and healthy leaves of tobacco plants infected with powdery mildew.
