摘 要:为火龙果炭疽病的防治提供安全有效的杀菌剂及用药技术,采用生长速率法,室内测定不同杀菌剂(多菌灵、戊唑·福美双、甲基硫菌灵、咪鲜胺及氟菌·肟菌酯等10种)对火龙果炭疽病菌的毒力作用。结果表明:在试验浓度下不同杀菌剂对火龙果胶孢炭疽菌和辣椒炭疽菌菌丝生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,其抑制率随浓度增加而增大,且药剂间抑制率存在明显差异;对胶孢炭疽菌的药效以戊唑·福美双最好,EC50为22.387 6μg/mL,其次是多菌灵、咪鲜胺和氟菌·肟菌酯,EC50分别为33.183 6μg/mL、36.112 7μg/mL和37.870 9μg/mL;对辣椒炭疽菌的药效以甲基硫菌灵最好,EC50为0.465 5μg/mL,其次是戊唑·福美双,EC50为15.396 5μg/mL。In order to provide efficient and safe fungicides for control of pitaya fruit anthrax,the toxicity of different fungicides(10 kinds of carbendazim,oftebuconzole·thiram,thiophanate methyl,prochloraz and fluopyram·trifloxys trobin,etc)to anthrax was determined in laboratory by growth rate method.The results showed that different fungicides inhibited the growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides mycelium and Colletotrichum capsici mycelium in varying degrees at the test concentration,and the inhibition rate increased with the increasing of the concentration.At the same time,obvious differences for inhibition ratio between the fungicides was detected.The efficient inhibition agent of oftebuconzole·thiram was EC50 at concentration 22.3876μg/mL.The following were carbendazim,prochloraz and fluopyram·trifloxystrobin,with the EC50 concentration of 33.1836μg/mL,36.1127μg/mL and 37.8709μg/mL,respectively.The effect of thiophanate methyl was the best on C.capsici,with the EC50 concentration at 0.4655μg/mL.The second best agent was oftebuconzole·thiram at the EC50 concentration of 15.3965μg/mL.
