Hcy与ApoE联合检测对冠心病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与载脂蛋白E(ApoE)联合检测对冠心病的诊断价值。方法采用速率法和免疫比浊法分别检测59例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和47例健康体检者(对照组)血清中Hcy水平和ApoE水平,并进行统计学分析。结果冠心病组血清Hcy水平明显高于对照组,ApoE水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hcy与ApoE联合检测的灵敏度和约登指数的数值均高于其单项检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Hcy和ApoE的水平与冠心病关系密切,联合检测更有助于冠心病的诊断。Objective To discuss that whether the combined detection of Homocysteine(Hcy)and Apolipoprotein E(ApoE)in serum has diagnostic value to coronary heart disease.Methods Using rate and immune turbidimetry are detected in 59 patients with Coronary Heart Disease and 47 healthy controls in serum Hcy level and ApoE level,and Statistical analysis.Results The level of Hcy in serum of coronary heart disease group is significantly higher than the control group,the ApoE level is significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Numerical sensitivity and Youden index of combined detection of Hcy and ApoE are higher than that of the single detection,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of Hcy and ApoE have more something with coronary heart disease and the combined detection of Hcy and ApoE has more helpful to coronary heart disease′diagnosis.
