摘 要:磨损是轴承钢球展开轮的主要失效形式,展开轮磨损达到一定程度则对钢球表面的展开作用失效。针对展开轮寿命预测问题,根据展开轮结构和展开原理建立展开轮的临界失效条件,以经典的Archard磨损模型为基础,结合有限元法,提出离散化的Archard磨损模型,并建立展开轮磨损寿命预测模型。利用ANSYS软件对展开轮磨损进行数值模拟,得到磨损深度与磨损次数的关系方程。通过算例验证了本寿命预测方法的有效性,为钢球检测展开轮系列化设计和实际应用提供了理论基础。Wear is the main failure form of unfolding wheel of steel ball,and the unfolding effect on steel ball surface will be failure when the wear of unfolding wheel achieves a certain degree.Aiming at the problem of the life prediction of unfolding wheel,the critical failure condition is established according to the structure of unfolding wheel and the unfold theory.Based on the classical Archard wear model and the finite element method,the discrete Archard wear model is proposed and the life prediction model of the unfolding wheel of steel ball is established.Using ANSYS software to simulate the wear of unfolding wheel to obtain the relationship equation of wear depth and wear times.The validity of the life prediction method is validated by example of calculation,it provides a theoretical basis for the series design and practical use of unfolding wheel of steel ball.
