摘 要:为研究打叶复烤过程中不同的框栏开口对烟叶片型的影响,开展了一定范围内(2.8~3.6)不同开口框栏尺寸的对比实验。结果表明,调节一打的框栏尺寸,当尺寸减小时,烟叶的大片率有所减小,造碎率增加,出片率在一定范围内降低;大中小片率亦有所降低。开展实验的目的是为验证可变框栏改进方案的可用性和初步稳定性、试验分析研究打叶过程工艺参数和打叶结果参数之间的关系和规律。In order to study the effect of different frame openings on leaf shape during leaf beating and reroasting,a comparative experiment was carried out with different frame openings of different sizes within a certain range(2.8-3.6).The results showed that when the size of a dozen frames was adjusted,the percentage of large tobacco leaves decreased,the percentage of crushed leaves increased,and the percentage of produced leaves decreased within a certain range.The rate of large,medium and small leaves also decreased.The purpose of this experiment is to verify the availability and initial stability of the variable frame improvement scheme,and to analyze and study the relationship and law between the technological parameters of the beating process and the parameters of the beating results.
