摘　　要：为研究天然色素口红的制备工艺和最佳基质配比,以蜂蜡、白凡士林、橄榄油、羊毛脂等为基质,以紫草红色素、玫瑰茄花青素为色料,采用正交试验设计法确定基质各成分比例,以感观检查、总固体、耐寒性、耐热性为质量评价指标筛选最佳方案。结果表明最佳基质配比为蜂蜡6 g、小烛树蜡1 g、白凡士林6g、橄榄油2mL、荷荷巴油3mL、羊毛脂0g。由最佳制备方案制得色泽均匀、润滑度适宜、耐寒耐热性良好的天然色素口红。To study the preparation technology of natural colorants lipstick and the optimum matrix ratio,the beeswax,white vaseline,olive oil and lanolin were used as substrates,Arnebia red pigment and rose eggplant anthocyanin were used as pigments.Orthogonal design was used to determine the proportion of components in the substrates.Sensory test,total solid,cold-resistant and heat-resistant properties were used as quality evaluation indexes to obtain the best scheme.The results showed that the optimum matrix ratios were beeswax 6 g,candlestick 1 g,white vaseline 6 g,olive oil 2 mL,jojoba oil 3 mL and lanolin 0 g.The natural colorants lipstick with uniform color,suitable lubrication and good cold and heat resistant properties was prepared by the optimum preparation method.
