染发剂检测方法现状及国家监督抽查不合格情况分析

摘　　要：介绍了目前准用染发剂检测标准和文献方法的现状,概述了2018年国家药品监督管理局染发产品监督抽查不合格产品的总体情况。未检出标签及(或)批件标识的染发剂、检出标签及(或)批件标识的染发剂和标签与批件不一致是抽检发现最多的问题,禁限用染发剂超标的情况有44批次,虽然占比仅为4.3%,但对消费者的使用安全影响最大。对于监督抽查反映出的染发产品不合格批次数多,相关企业质量意识不强、规范化管理不够,检测标准存在缺失等情况,提出了应对方案和建议。The current status of standard and documentary methods for determination of permitted hair dyes was introduced.The overall situation of unqualified hair dyes products found in National Medical Products Administration Inspection in 2018 was summarized.The most common problems found in inspection were:undetected hair dyes which labeled in product labels and/or approvals,detected hair dyes which did not label in product labels and/or approvals,and inconsistencies between labels and approvals.There were 44 batches of products which contained prohibited hair dyes or the contents of restricted hair dyes exceeded the standard.The most important impact came from these 4.3%samples in all unqualified products.In the view of the numerous unqualified hair dyeing products,the lack of quality awareness,standardized management and testing standards,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
