摘　　要：皮肤内在成分和结构的变化是皮肤老化的主要原因,这些变化最终导致了肉眼可见皱纹、松弛等皮肤老化特征。本文详细介绍了与老化相关的皮肤内在成分的变化,包括透明质酸和胶原蛋白含量或密度的变化,皮肤内在结构的变化,包括真皮乳头和真皮毛细血管的密度变化,以及"真皮空洞"。在此基础上,探讨了皮肤内在关键成分和结构量的变化与皮肤外在特征的关系。Changes of the skin internal components and structure are the main causes of skin aging.These changes would eventually lead to visible skin aging features such as wrinkles and sagging.This article introduced the changes of skin intrinsic components associated with aging,including content or density of hyaluronic acid and collagen.And changes of the internal structure of the skin,including the density of the dermal papilla,dermal capillaries,and"dermal cavitation".Based on this,the relationship between changes of skin internal key components,structural quantities and skin external characteristics were discussed.
