摘 要:为了研究砂性地层中钢顶管施工时外防腐层的抗磨损性能,基于应变控制式直剪仪设计并改装了一套钢顶管外防腐层磨粒摩擦磨损试验装置。针对环氧煤沥青玻璃布、环氧树脂玻璃鳞片、环氧树脂玻璃布和聚氨酯4种常用钢管道外防腐层试样开展了摩擦磨损试验,并对其整体抗磨损性能进行了定量评价。结果表明:磨粒对防腐层的挤压和切削会产生压痕和槽状磨痕,是防腐层破坏的主要原因。聚氨酯防腐层主要发生塑变断裂,环氧树脂玻璃布防腐层的破坏模式主要为脆性断裂,环氧煤沥青玻璃布防腐层的破坏模式主要为微观切削破坏,而环氧树脂玻璃鳞片防腐层的破坏包括塑变断裂和微观切削。4种防腐层与磨粒之间的摩擦力-位移典型曲线变化趋势相同,环氧煤沥青玻璃布防腐层与磨粒之间的摩擦系数最大,而其他3种防腐层与磨粒之间的摩擦系数基本相同;质量磨损率比较表明,4种防腐层试样整体抗磨损性能从优到劣依次为:环氧树脂玻璃鳞片、聚氨酯、环氧煤沥青玻璃布和环氧树脂玻璃布。In order to investigate the wear resistance of the exterior anticorrosive coatings during the operation of steel pipe jacking in sandy strata,a set of friction and wear test device for exterior anticorrosive coating of steel pipe jacking was designed and modified based on the strain-controlled direct shear apparatus.Friction and wear tests were performed on four samples of common exterior anticorrosive coatings of steel pipe jacking,such as epoxy coal-tar pitch glass fabrics,epoxy glass flake,epoxy resin glass fabrics and polyurethane.In addition,the overall wear resistance was quantitatively evaluated.The test results showed that the squeezing and cutting between the abrasive grains and the anticorrosive coatings will generate indentations and groove-shaped wear marks,which was the main causes for the damage of the anticorrosive coating.The polyurethane anticorrosive coatings mainly undergo plastic deformation wear.The failure mode of the epoxy resin glass fabrics was mainly brittle fracture,and the epoxy coal-tar pitch glass fabrics was mainly micro-cutting failure,while the epoxy glass flakes combined both plastic deformation wear and micro-cuts damage.The friction force-displacement curve between the four anticorrosive coatings and the abrasive grains showed the same trend.The friction coefficient between the epoxy coal tar pitch glass fabrics anticorrosive coating and the abrasive grains was the largest,while the other three were basically the same.According to the comparison of mass loss rates,the overall anti-wear properties of the four anticorrosive samples showed a order from good to bad as was:epoxy glass flakes,polyurethane,epoxy coal tar pitch glass fabrics,and epoxy resin glass fabrics.
