摘 要:汽车涂装线日渐增多,为总结经验,更好地服务于生产线建设,本文对某乘用车涂装车间电泳线的整流电源和阳极的电流数据进行了整理、分析。该电泳线采用了共阳极、阴极铜排分段的加电方式,当吊具铜刷接触某一段铜排时,与该段铜排相连的整流电源输出的电流值等于所有阳极电流值的总和;当吊具铜刷在2段铜排之间过渡时,与2段铜排相连接的2台整流电源同时对该吊具上的工件施加电压,而电流则由电压数值较高的整流电源输出;通过调整阴极铜排分段点位置,可以更加合理地分配多台整流电源的生产负荷,提高已投产生产线的安全系数,降低新建生产线的装机功率。As the automobile painting lines has been increased,in order to summarize the experience and better serve the production lines,this article reviewed and analyzed the current data of the rectifier power supply and anode of the electrodeposition line in a passenger car painting workshop.This electrodeposition line used the shared anode and cathode copper bar segmented power-up method.When the spreader copper brush contacts a certain section of copper bar,the current value output by the rectifier power supply connected to this section of copper bar is equal to the sum of all anode current values.When the spreader copper brush transitions between two sections of copper bars,two rectifier power supply connected to the two sections of copper bars simultaneously apply voltage to the workpiece on the spreader,but,the current is output by the rectifier power supply with a higher voltage.By adjusting the position of the cathode copper bar section point,the production load of multiple rectifier power supply can be more reasonably distributed,the safety of the production line that has been put into operation can be increased,and the installed power of the new production line can be reduced.
